Chris Small

Friendly. Knowledgable. Enthusiastic. These are just three words clients frequently use to describe Palm Beach County agent Christopher Small. Though born and raised in Illinois, he felt the Florida sunshine calling his name 40 years ago, and he’s been living in the area ever since. Christopher loves introducing clients to the active beach town he’s called home for over a decade.

Christopher has always been passionate about architecture and design, so working in real estate was a natural choice. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Rollins College, Christopher immediately began flipping houses and building spec homes. In 2003, Christopher pivoted to the service-oriented side of the business, earning his real estate license. Since then, he has overseen over a billion dollars in sales.

Christopher and his team pride themselves on offering their clients the most innovative and personalized strategies, and their combination of cutting-edge tools and white-glove service is unparalleled. One defining feature is their home valuations, which includes components such as:

• Home value estimates
• Buyer breakdowns using search algorithms
• Recent sales analyses

In addition to expert home valuations, Christopher and his team are authorities on several other areas of specialization and are trailblazers in a variety of processes. These areas include:

• Relocation
• Top-tier marketing with award-winning technology
• Comprehensive mortgaging guidance

Christopher’s love for helping people shines through in everything he does. He knows that buying or selling a home can be a huge emotional decision, and he is committed to helping his clients navigate what can seem like a daunting process. His cheerful, optimistic attitude instills confidence in everyone with whom he works, from first-time buyers looking for Juno Beach real estate to seasoned sellers looking to put their North Palm Beach home for sale.

As an owner of Platinum Properties, Christopher displays leadership in every way. By approaching every interaction with integrity and professionalism, he has earned the trust of his clientele and colleagues alike. A well-respected figure in the community, he has garnered a pristine reputation for running a business build on a foundation of honesty, transparency, and kindness.

Due to Christopher’s work ethic, he and his team have reached several impressive milestones, including:

• Selling 97% of homes they list
• Overseeing $750 million in real estate transactions
• Chairman’s Circle in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019

When Christopher isn’t working, he can be frequently found spending time with his wife and two teenage daughters. Some of the family’s favorite pastimes include getting active and spending time by the water by engaging in activities such as fishing and jogging along the beautiful shoreline.
