Deb Slavin

With a real estate career dating back to 1989, Deborah Slavin brings decades of experience, industry knowledge, and a passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home. Originally relocating from Ohio to Florida to raise her son, Deborah built an impressive career in new home sales and builder relations, earning a respected, award-winning reputation throughout the industry.

For more than 30 years, Deborah worked with homebuilders throughout the region, from Tampa to North Port and Port Charlotte. Her accomplishments include serving as a spokesperson and General Sales Manager for Westfield Homes, receiving Platinum Awards from the Builders Association, and training new home sales representatives on-site to help them develop their skills and succeed. She also served as General Sales Manager for Richmond American Homes Corporate headquarters in Colorado, where she was  provided management training and helped develop future leaders in the industry.

Deborah's commitment to the home building profession extends beyond her professional achievements. She was a founding member of the Manatee Sales and Marketing Council for the Home Builders Association and continues to serve as a judge for the Parade of Homes, sharing her expertise and passion for quality homebuilding.  She was also a member of Professional Women in Building.

In 2014, Deborah transitioned into residential real estate sales, bringing her extensive builder experience and deep understanding of the housing market directly to buyers and sellers. Today, she serves clients throughout the Tampa Bay area and south to North Port and Port Charlotte, offering valuable insight into the local market, new construction, and the homebuying process.
