Before entering real estate, I held senior finance and operations roles with industry leaders including Korn Ferry, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and LAW Companies Group. There, I managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, led turnarounds and start-ups, and implemented process improvements that generated more than $30 million in recurring annual savings. As Managing Member of JSAI, LLC, I continue to advise clients on strategies that drive profitability and operational performance.
