For the past 32 years, South Florida has been home. It is where I have built my career, raised my family, formed lasting relationships, and continued to discover new possibilities. I am a wife and mother of two, with a background in architecture and business, experience in education, and a career in real estate.
Architecture taught me to see beyond what is immediately in front of me—to appreciate design, space, functionality, and, above all, the details. Mies van der Rohe’s words, “God is in the details,” have always resonated with me. I believe the difference between good and excellent often lies in the details. My MBA added another perspective, helping me think strategically and understand the business behind our decisions. My experience as a Licensed Architect, Certified General Contractor and Project Manager also taught me skills that I carry into every aspect of my work: managing time and competing priorities, coordinating people with different roles and perspectives, communicating clearly, solving problems, and keeping a project moving toward its goal.
Teaching has been an important part of my journey. I have taught everyone from professionals preparing for their architecture licenses to elementary school students, while also volunteering in my children’s schools, churches, and community. Through teaching, I have learned patience, communication, and the joy of helping others learn and grow.
Real estate became a natural place for these experiences to come together. I believe clients deserve honesty, knowledge, attention to detail, and someone who genuinely puts their interests first. I am willing to tell a client what they may not want to hear about a property’s value or marketability, because earning trust matters more to me than winning a listing or closing a sale. For me, success is a client who comes back—and feels comfortable sending someone they care about my way.
Speaking four languages—English, Spanish, French, and Italian—has enriched my ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Beyond my professional life, I treasure my family and enjoy traveling, discovering different cultures and cuisines, and exploring everything that makes Miami such a fascinating place to live. I also enjoy triathlons, painting, photography, and reading, each bringing its own discipline, creativity, curiosity, and inspiration.
Life, to me, is about continuing to learn, grow, and discover. After 32 years in South Florida, there is still always something new around the corner—and I think that is one of life’s great gifts.
