The founder of the team with expert knowledge and passion to deliver excellent service to each and every customer. Licensed since 1999, she’s helped over 800 families realize their goals in real estate to buy, sell or rent in South Florida.
Having raised three children in South Florida Liede has first-hand experience with many of the services required by families that are new to the area.
Customers and friends can rely on Liede to connect with real estate agents throughout the globe where she will monitor and support the transaction in the interest of the customer until it closes.
Liede’s community involvement is integral to the real estate business. Her time, talent and treasure are instrumental in several non-profit and community outreach organizations. A natural leader that gets things done in multiple capacities.

Frank DeValdivielso
Frank joined Liede in 2005 after 20 years in international trade working with premier ocean and air transportation carriers. A leader with extensive strategic planning skills that helps execute the team’s goals. Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French proves instrumental in presenting the local community to international buyers and representing listings for sellers.
A sales executive with exceptional negotiation skills that have helped the team achieve increased volume in sales while raising the price point per transaction. An expert in relationship management that puts the customer first and foremost.
Jacqueline DeValdivielso
Jacqueline joined the team in 2024 after graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Political Sciences. She brings renewed energy and new ideas to expand the team’s brand and bandwidth. A Miamian, her knowledge of the local community is ideal to present our beautiful city to newcomers. Jacqueline is a fast learner with extensive contacts developed over the years that know she is trustworthy and delivers great service.
This family team is a big fan of South Florida living and are extremely grateful to those that rely on us for services in Real Estate.
