“Listing my parent's home with Mo Chesla was the smartest decision I made, When I listed the home, a few days before leaving Florida, I knew it was in good hands, as Mo sold my condo in 2022. Mo explained how he arrived at the listing price and how he would market the home. Even before the first open house, he gave suggestions as to things I should modify to make the home feel more open - I followed his instruction. Mo began holding open houses. There was a lot of traffic, due to the pricing & area, and very shortly thereafter, we had a signed contract. The house was put in a pending sale status. After about 2 weeks, those buyers backed out - I guess the home was not for them. Undeterred, Mo got back to work quickly setting up more open houses, and shortly thereafter, found new buyers. These people really loved this house. Throughout this process, Mo would go to the house, flush the toilets and keep the walk-way clear of debris. He took as good care of my parents home, as if it were his own. Mo kept me informed every step of the way. Every decision made, and every negotiation, was in my best interest. I always knew Mo was working for me, not himself. Mo has a quality sadly lacking in many sales people, and that is -honesty. I knew I could trust what Mo was telling me, because he would give me facts, and never told me what he thought I wanted to hear.
