Paul D'Aquino
Paul D'Aquino first got licensed in New Jersey at the age of 19 and worked as rental agent in Ocean City, NJ while still in college. He relocated to Florida in 1998 and began investing in Florida properties doing rehabs and working as a loan officer for several years and then transitioned into selling homes as a Realtor in Florida starting in 2001. Over the last 25 years he has worked primarily on new construction projects working in the pre-construction market for buyers looking to invest in Phase 1 of new communities throughout Florida.
Paul has personally invested in numerous pre-construction projects over the years and has an expert level knowledge of construction timelines, cost details in picking the right upgrades from the builder, site locations, and which floor plans are better for resale and which builders have the highest quality builds and don't take shortcuts and have the least amount of post building warranty issues.
