Vannesa Poole

Vannesa Poole is a luxury and relocation specialist serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties, from first Florida homes to $3M+ estates. Her clients come to her by referral from across the country, including California, Colorado, and the Northeast, and they get direct answers, a streamlined process, and an agent who anticipates what they need before they ask.

She knows what it's like to land somewhere new. A Rollins College graduate with a degree in International Business, Vannesa spent time abroad fully immersed in Madrid and its culture, then moved to Sarasota from Orlando in 2011. She has spent 15 years learning how each neighborhood really lives, so she can steer clients toward the right fit, not just the right house.

Before real estate, she spent 13+ years in marketing, PR, and project management, finishing as Director of Brand Management at an Inc. 500 marketing company. She runs every transaction like a project: clear timelines, no surprises, and clients always know where things stand. Clients work with her directly from start to finish, never handed off, and those relationships continue long after closing.

She's deeply involved in this community because she loves it. Vannesa serves on the Executive Board of Ambassadors for the American Cancer Society's Southwest Florida Golf Classic, an annual fundraiser supporting cancer research and patient services. In the industry, she serves on the boards of directors for Florida Realtors and the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, with a focus on raising standards and keeping things transparent and client-first.

When she's not with clients, Vannesa is usually with her husband, Bill, and their daughter, Catalina, most likely in the kitchen. She loves a luxury meal and takes pride in making one at home, whether it's filet and lobster or a rack of lamb, and Bill will tell you he'd choose her cooking over any restaurant, any night. She travels like a traveler, not a tourist: wherever she goes, she asks the locals for their favorite place and goes there.
