The tastemaker's tastemaker who owns this masterpiece has imbued it with a seamless design incorporating an open floorplan where the great room, dining area and kitchen reflect a rare integration of all living space. An immediately accessible covered loggia terrace further expands these spaces, but also belies an astounding outdoor arena that houses a pool, lush landscaping and yet another covered sitting area. The first floor primary suite spaciously allows for King size bedding, a sitting area, access to the aforementioned terrace, and a striking en suite w/soaking tub. A forth bedroom or Den is adjacent to a half bath and full sized utility room. Both upstairs bedrooms come w/en suites and capacious closets. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have direct balcony and/or terrace access. The great room features a fireplace which serves as a focal point of earthiness and ease. Bathed in timeless paint treatments, heirloom modern lighting and fixtures the appointments lend for a spectacular dwelling. Exquisite flooring, custom cabinetry, stone counters and Viking appliances resonate a profoundly less but more aesthetic. A 3 car garage allows for easy maneuverability. A whole house elevator maximizes usage for all. Ideal as a family home, secondary Gulf Coastal residence, part-time rental or whatever your family's dynamic demands. This very particular stretch of sand, surf and sky offers accessibility to a myriad of dining venues, as charming & kitschy as you'd like, or more refined, boat ramp access and recreational opportunities at your leisure. We await your visit, and anticipate your future legacy within the heart that is this home..
