And YES, it is on the west side of Park Street! Much of the interior of this home has been lovingly renovated--wood-look tile floors, both downstairs bathrooms, the tiled front porch and Florida room, thoughtful lighting with gorgeous gold-tone fixtures! With five bedrooms, there is space for the whole family and multi-generational living. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, including the primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The freshly-renovated hall bathroom has incredible storage space under the sink, those gold-tone fixtures, a stunning walk-in shower with glass enclosure, and a linen closet. Three more bedrooms are upstairs, where there is rich hardwood flooring, spacious rooms, and a large bathroom with a tub, and a walk-in linen closet for all those beach towels you will need for the pool and the close-by beaches. (Check out the water view from the upstairs bath!) Plenty of room for families and guests--it will be hard for your guests to leave. Outside is a lovely green space, with TWO abundant key lime trees! This is not one of those houses where the pool takes up the entire backyard--there is still room for everyone and pets to play securely as the pool is fully-screened, and the backyard is fully-fenced. The salt water pool is deep and large, and the surrounding deck can be enjoyed with lots of room to move when you have company over for a pool party. Get the floaties ready! This pool is big, and ready for a refreshing dip on those hot days. The backyard is a private oasis, and where you really feel that old-Florida classic ambiance under the large oak tree canopies, with the wispy hanging moss Jungle Prada is well-known for. Back inside, there is a large great room, perfect for hosting, watching movies, or getting the band back together. The formal dining room is right next to the charming kitchen, and open to the great room. There is so much space by the stairs, it can be used for a functional and productive office, craft, streaming, and homework spot. This roomy house is ready for play, work, rest, and more! Welcome!
